Information for Clients
Your needs, and finding the best way of working for you will determine whether I am the right counsellor for you. I firmly believe that counselling is a collaborative endeavour and works best when there is a strong therapy relationship between counsellor and client.
I aim to help clients to feel valued and heard and I believe a lot can be accomplished by skilful listening and responding to clients. My approach to counselling is integrative with a strong foundation in Person Centred and Experiential therapy. This means I rarely give direct advice although I might signpost clients to other sources of help and to psycho-educative and well-being resources.
I have also completed trainings in Mindfulness, CBT skills and working with eating disorders.
I work online via Zoom.
